Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the NINE1 online store and to every order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. All orders are paid by card at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Product information and imagery

We aim to show our products as accurately as possible. Some product and model imagery on this site is digitally created or enhanced, including with AI tools, to show how garments look when worn. Prints, placements and colours are based on our actual designs, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please refer to the product description and size guide for exact details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The NINE1 name, logos, print designs, imagery and site content belong to NINE1 and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
