Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every NINE1 piece. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.
  • Items bought on final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  2. We will confirm your return and arrange a courier collection from your address in the UAE.
  3. Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable we will refund you instead.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original card within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few additional working days to show the credit.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will collect it at no cost and offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges, in line with UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
