Delivery within the UAE

NINE1 currently delivers to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery times

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days
Abu Dhabi and other emirates: 2–4 working days
Orders placed before 2 pm (UAE time) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery charges and payment

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
All prices on this site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
All orders are paid by card at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times and will contact you on the phone number provided. If delivery is unsuccessful the order will be returned to us and refunded to your card, less the original delivery charge.
